Welcome to the online home of Lake and Woods Remedies and Little Beauty Kitchen! My name is Kelly, I am a folk herbalist and licensed Esthetician with a background in traditional beauty practices and holistic healing. I reside in Northern Michigan (Traverse City) with my husband John and dog ranger, we live a sweet and simple life full of love and kindness. I take care of my community by teaching them at home self care practices, and nurturing their bodies by recommending the use of herbs and wholesome foods, I have been doing this work for almost 10 years and it's been a wonderful journey so far. I formulate all the Lake and Woods remedies using locally grown & organic ingredients - free of harsh additives, fragrances, or essential oils, all my creations are from earth to body.
