Directions come with, however the font on my labels are kind of hard to read, I will fix this later down the line, but in the mean time.... start by dampening a disposable cotton round or soft cloth, apply 3-4 pumps, gently massage or wipe face/neck/chest. Dampen cloth and wipe clean (this can be performed 2-4 times), splash with cool water and *Follow with toner and Serum. This will pair nicely with the Mallow Mist or TulSea & Rose, and then the Morning Song Serum.
For Body, massage oil and wipe/wash off with a warm cloth in or post shower. May be used as a body oil.
